David Overton is a highly skilled healthcare professional with a wealth of experience in managing chronic pain. He completed his medical education at UC Davis School of Medicine and holds diplomas as a Physician Assistant and a Family Nurse Practitioner. Alongside traditional medical treatments, David is also well-versed in using natural medicine approaches, including herbs, supplements, and alternative methods.

David’s dedication to his field is exemplified by his national certifications in Primary Care and his exclusive focus on pain management for several years. He has a distinguished background, having served as Clinical Associate Teaching Faculty for the University of Washington and Pacific Lutheran University. Furthermore, he has been active with the Washington Academy of Physician Assistants and the Washington State Medical Association.

During his free time, David enjoys various activities, including reading, landscaping, travel, hiking, bicycling, cross-country skiing, and spending quality time with his wife and grandchildren. 

Dr. Naibert is a double graduate of the University of Washington, where he obtained aBachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Immunology before earning his MD degree. He started his postgraduate residency training in Anesthesiology and Pain Management but was diverted by life events when he served as a trauma doctor in the US Army during the Persian Gulf War in Saudi Arabia.

After the war, Dr. Naibert relocated to rural Montana, where he practiced Family and Emergency Medicine. Several years later, he came full circle when he moved back to Seattle and started practicing Pain Management in 2006. In 2012, Dr. Naibert passed the credentialing examination of the American Academy of Pain Management, earning him the prestigious title of Diplomat of the Academy. Additionally, Dr. Naibert has extensive training and experience in Addiction Medicine and is a certified Suboxone prescriber.

Outside of his professional commitments, Dr. Naibert leads an active and enriching life. He indulges in many hobbies, including boating, whitewater rafting, bow hunting for elk, horseback riding, and wilderness horse packing. Additionally, he is an avid retriever trainer and enjoys duck hunting, scuba diving, backpacking, fishing, camping, computers, and photography.
